CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 7 days or more prior to the arrival date, no fee will be charged
- 6 days or less prior to the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged.
Children & Extra Beds:
- Children under 3 years old: free of charge if sleeping in parents’ bed
- Children under 2 years old: free of charge in baby cot
- Extra bed for children older than 3 years old and adults: +20% of the per night charge
- Maximum capacity of extra beds or cots: 1 per room
- Extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel
- Supplements are not automatically calculated into the total cost and must be paid separately
